Silale MCA Nelson Lotela says voting for Ruto in 2022 will kill democracy.

Lotela is among the 11 MCA’s who recently decamped to KANU.

Lotela said if the Deputy President will be elected in 2022 he will serve for 10 years which amounts to 20 years of Jubilee in power locking out other people. 

He added that voting for Ruto will kill democracy yet there are many qualified Kenyans from other communities that can voted for the post.

West Pokot Senator John Lonyangapauo said by 2022, other political parties such as KANU will have produced its own candidates.

The leaders spoke to the press on Sunday in Chemalingot, Tiaty sub-county after receiving 11 MCA’s who had ditched Jubilee for KANU.
