Murang’a Governor Mwangi Wairia has called on Jubilee Party nominees to work together in order to strengthen the party.

Wairia who was speaking after being declared the Jubilee party ticket winner said further called on losers to work together and remain in the party.

“We want a unified county where all stakeholders work together for the betterment of Wanjiku and this is the time to start building a unified front,” Wairia said.

Wa Iria who defeated Kigumo MP Jamlek Kamau said that he was planning to convene a meeting of all nominees to find a way forward.

He said he will support all those who were nominated on the Jubilee Party ticket to ensure they are elected in August.
