Former Anglican Church of Kenya's head and now the chairman of the EACC has broken his silence on the unfolding political crisis in the country.
Speaking in Mombasa on Sunday, Wabukala made an impassioned case for unity and dialogue as a way of resolving the crisis during a Thanksgiving mass.
''This partnership is what we want to be extended to every sector of our society. It is possible to do away with this culture. In Jesus we are all the same, I think that principle should guide all of us to be one.'' Wabukala said.
The remarks come in the wake of rising political tensions with politicians pulling in different directions.
President Uhuru is set to be sworn in on Monday in a ceremony that the opposition has vowed to miss, saying that they do not recognise Uhuru's presidency.
