Retired Anglican Church of Kenya Archbishop Eliud Wabukala has said he is ready to handle his duties if Parliament approves his nomination as the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission chair.
According to Wabukala, his recent nomination as the EACC boss is a challenge he is ready to accept.
Speaking to NTV in Sirisia in Bungoma County on Friday last week, Wabukala said he was going to work as diligently as ever.
"The process has begun. My selection is a challenge I am ready to accept and will work as diligently as possible. The expectation is high but I will handle it," said Wabukala.
If approved by Parliament, the retired ACK Archbishop will replace former EACC chair Philip Kinisu who resigned over the NYS scandal.
