Former Devolution Cabinet Secretary Anne Waiguru has claimed an aide to Deputy President William Ruto was a beneficiary of the National Youth Service scandal.

Appearing before Parliament’s Public Accounts Committee, Waiguru claimed that Farouk Kibet, DP Ruto’s personal assistant was given money by NYS scandal suspect Ben Gethi.

Ms Waiguru told PAC that Gethi and Farouk spoke on phone 150 times.

She produced a document from the CID showing how the two communicated.

The former CS told the committee innocent she is innocent.
