[Photo: niaje.com]Former Devolution Cabinet Secretary (CS) has warned National Super Alliance (NASA) leaders against propaganda campaigns.Waiguru claims that NASA leaders are riding on propaganda to woo for votes ahead of the August 8 polls.Speaking in Kirinyaga on Sunday, Waiguru said that it shameful for the opposition to use malicious propaganda as a tool to woo for votes.Waiguru said that NASA has nothing else to campaign about and wants to maliciously damage Jubilee government name ahead of the August 8 general election.“NASA leaders have no agenda for Kenyans and are using propaganda to discredit Jubilee government performance,” she said as quoted by the Daily Nation.The former CS said that no amount of blackmail and propaganda will prevent Jubilee from winning a second term in August.She said that Kenyans have confidence with President Uhuru Kenyatta’s administration and will endorse him for a second term on August 8.Meanwhile, Waiguru has rubbished NASA’s threat to boycott the August 8 polls. The former CS says that NASA threat will not derail Jubilee’s quest for re-election.She claimed that NASA leaders are using threats to intimidate Kenyans, the IEBC and the ruling government.“Let NASA leaders know that their threats will not derail or scare Jubilee from seeking re-election,” she said.NASA has threatened to boycott the August polls over IEBC move to appeal a court ruling on the tallying and announcement of presidential results.IEBC has appealed a court ruling that ordered tallying and announcing of presidential results to be done at the constituency tallying centre.NASA claims that IEBC's move to appeal the ruling is malicious.
