Kirinyaga gubernatorial hopeful Anne Waiguru has poked holes on rival Martha Karua's candidature.
Speaking on Wednesday, the former Devolution Cabinet Secretary noted that Karua is unfit for the county's top seat, terming her as "a non-starter."
She instead drummed up support for her candidature, pledging to run an all-inclusive government should she win the seat.
Waiguru also called on the locals to embrace the six-piece voting pattern during the forthcoming polls.
Her verbal attack against Karua comes just days after the Narc Kenya leader also attacked Waiguru, terming her as "corrupt."
Karua is eyeing the Kirinyaga gubernatorial seat on a Narc Kenya Party ticket, whereas Waiguru will be seeking to unseat the incumbent governor Joseph Ndathi on a Jubilee Party ticket.
Ndathi on the other hand will be looking to recapture his seat as an independent candidate.
