According to Waiguru, she will name the forces behind her woes once investigations into an affidavit by NYS prime suspect Josephine Kabura are complete.

"Investigations on Kabura affidavit are ongoing and once completed, I will reveal those behind the machinations. Those people who were uncomfortable with my delivery and what the government was delivering pushed me out," said Waiguru in an interview with the nation.

She added that Kabura was being used by the cartels in order to tarnish her name at the same time maintaining her innocence.

"She was sent by those forces to tarnish my name. I never took any shilling from NYS and I do not owe any anybody money," she added.

She further stated that all through she has been and Kenyans should be thanking her for saving the taxpayers sh800 million.

"To be precise I save taxpayers sh800 million and when the Auditor General's report on the issue is released , I will be proved right," said Waiguru.

Waiguru after stepping down, she has declared her interest in politics where she is expected to vie for the Kirinyanga gubernatorial seat.
