After months of impasse, President Uhuru Kenyatta entered into a peace deal with Raila, with the latter claiming that he has no ill intentions about Jubilee.

"Some are saying that I want to wretch Jubilee. That is not true and I am not interested at all," he said at Rongai on Sunday.

The agreement between the two leaders still remains anonymous with some sources claiming that Raila could be given a kitty to complete grand coalition projects.

But on Sunday, Waititu insisted that Raila's motives could be 'bad' given his past interactions with KANU.

"I am not opposing your working relationship with Raila but you must be keen. He is a persona I cannot close my eyes while praying in his presence," he said.

Similar sentiments were raised by Nandi Governor Stephen Sang, who warned that Jubilee cannot allow Raila to scuttle William Ruto's 2022 chances.
