A section of Kenyans online has expressed mixed reactions after the National Super Alliance (Nasa) principal Raila Odinga announced that he will be sworn-in as president on November 12, 2017.Raila made the announcement on Tuesday at Manyanja in Donholm, Nairobi while addressing his supporters.His remarks came a few hours after President Uhuru Kenyatta and his deputy William Ruto took the oath of office for a second and final term.
