Speaking in Gikanya in Tetu Nyeri County last week during a fundraiser at AIPCA church, Wamalwa said the two parties are causing division in Jubilee.

He further called on the two to follow  his footsteps considering he had dissolved his New Ford Kenya party to join Jubilee.

"The two leaders should proceed and dissolve their parties. They should do whay I did with my New Ford Kenya party. We need to garner at least 70 per cent of votes for UhuRuto come 2017. They follow what I did with my party and make Jubilee party strong," said Wamalwa.

Wamalwa further said he was going vie for the Nairobi gubernatorial race on a Jubilee ticket.

He is among a host of other Jubilee party aspirants who are also contesting for the party's ticket.

Karua is vying for Kirinyaga governor on a Narc Kenya ticket while Kenneth has hinted at vying for Nairobi's governor seat on a Jubilee ticket.
