Speaking in Kikuyu constituency on Friday, Wamatangi said the agenda of the meeting will be about the county’s unity.

"We need to come together and work as a team. Divisive politics will ruin our county. We must stop pointing fingers and serve our people,” said Wamatangi.

He warned that failure for the county leaders to come together will have its effect in the county development.

Wamatangi has further urged the Kiambu County government to create a room for public participation on the utilisation of the next financial year's budget.

"We expect to receive around Sh8 billion from the national government. We also estimate that our county will collect a revenue worth Sh 4 billion,” said Wamatangi.

He urged Kiambu residents to be on the look out to make sure that the county government has utilised the funds well.
