She said the current register cannot be relied on to conduct the 2017 polls.

"The one we have now is manipulated and we can therefore trust using it," she said.

She was speaking in Homa Bay town on Friday as she addressed county ODM delegates.

A new voter register is high on the agenda of ODM in its quest for electoral reforms.

Cord leader Raila Odinga maintains the register has ghost voters.
