Nairobi gubernatorial hopeful Bishop Margaret Wanjiru has said that Jubilee Party is not afraid the National Super Alliance(NASA).
Speaking in an interview on Citizen TV on Sunday, the former lawmaker said that the ruling party is well set to take on whatever formation the opposition leaders will front in readiness for the next elections.
''The Jubilee Party is not threatened by the NASA alliance and we will beat any formation they front.We are ready for NASA and we will 'nasa' them.''She said.
NASA a former Deputy Prime Minister Musalia Mudavadi's brainchild which brings together all the major opposition bigwigs including Orange Party boss Raila Odinga, his Wiper Party counterpart Kalonzo Musyoka and Ford Kenya's Moses Wetangula, aimed at dethroning Jubilee leadership.
The outfit is yet to announce its lineup with political experts observing that the formation, especially the top two posts(President and Running mate), are enough to guarantee the team either a win or a loss.
Wanjiru who will be seeking to pocket the Jubilee Party ticket before battling it out with other hopefuls including the incumbent Governor Dr Evans Kidero also said that she is best placed to serve the county as the boss
