The Jubilee Majority Whip in the National Assembly Benjamin Washiali has come out strongly to defend President Uhuru Kenyatta against accusations that he was behind the dewhipping of some committee members.''And this is not about arm-twisting. This is not about the president forcing anybody. In fact, in this matter leave the president out of it,'' the Majority Whip said.Nandi Hills MP Alfred Keter had earlier accused the executive of engineering his ouster from the Labour and Social Welfare Committee.The dewhipped MPs have vowed to stay put.
