This is after a series of attacks targeting the industry.

On Sunday, one operator was found brutally killed and his body dumped in a bush at Wanyororo, Bahati.

According to witnesses, a bloodstained helmet dropped on the road led them to a search in a nearby bush only to step onto the lifeless body of a young man.

"It's becoming so insecure nowadays, " says Stephen Mukuria, a rider.

As police wrap up investigations on the suspected murder, Bahati OCPD Duncan Nguthu advised the riders to remain vigilant of who they carry especially at night.

The police boss said criminals targeting the industry often pose as customers.
