[Photo|ODM]NASA foot soldiers James Orengo, and Johnstone Muthama have vowed to lead opposition supporters to the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA) on Friday to receive their leader Raila Odinga.Addressing supporters at Kamukunji Grounds in Kibera, Nairobi county Orengo said several NASA leaders including governors from across the country would lead their supporters from the counties to the Airport despite police warning that they should not be seen around the area. The leaders vowed to defy the orders the same way they defied Thursday's order banning them from holding a rally in the capital city. They vowed to stay put in their quest for democracy, saying they will not allow the government to intimidate them through the police. The statements came after police also arrested Embakasi MP Babu Owino, Ruaraka MP TJ Kajwang, and former Starehe parliamentary aspirant Steve Mbogo as they made their way to Kibera for a NASA Coalition rally. The arrest came moments after police disrupted a NASA press briefing at the JKIA over its schedule ahead of Raila Odinga and his deputy Kalonzo Musyoka's grand return.Witnesses said police blocked a section of Ngong road to bar NASA supporters from entering Kibera where they intended to hold a rally and arrested the trio.
