Kilifi North Member of Parliament Gideon Mong'aro has told Governor Ali Joho to always respect the president and watch his utterances whenever the president visits coast.
Mung'aro said that Presidency is a sign of National Unity and that seat demands much respect.
"The Governor must respect the President. He must watch his mouth and not cause conflict when the head of state visits," he told News24.
The Governor publicly attacked the president in Mombasa in January for coming to the county and not involving him in projects he had arrived to open.
Mung'aro feared that the same trend of attacking the president might happen againwhenever he visits coast.
