Residents of Nyabiosi village said they have no water to use in their daily activities.
"Nyamagundo water spring has gone completely dry. No water for drinking and for other domestic uses," said Pius Sure.
He added that residents have turned to using stream water.
"Several residents have been forced to fetch water from Nyamagundo stream where cattle also goes to drink water. We are fear diseases related to water may attack us," he noted.
Mary Ratemo urged the area MCA Protus Moindi to move with speed and repair the springs to ensure there is plenty supply of water.
"Most contractors did shoddy work during the construction of the water springs because the pipes are no longer allowing water to flow through. The water pipes should be removed and put afresh for water to flow through," she noted.
