Former Machakos gubernatorial race candidate Wavinya Ndeti has hit out at President Uhuru for attacking the Judiciary.
This is after Uhuru launched an attack on CJ David Maraga following th[e nullification of the presidential results by the Supreme Court.
“I really feel all the leaders should respect the decision of the court. It is cruelty for President Uhuru Kenyatta to turn against the Supreme Court since He is a beneficiary of it,” Wavinya is quoted by the Standard.
She was speaking at her secretariat in Athi-river on Saturday.
She also recalled how the President and his deputy William Ruto had earlier called on both parties to accept the outcome of the ruling.
“Let everyone carry their cross. Let us go back on the ground and whichever party wins fairly we will accept.” She said.
