Machakos gubernatorial candidate on a Wiper ticket Wavinya Ndeti has said that current Governor Alfred Mutua has failed big time.

According to Wavinya, Mutua has been launching ghost projects in the county.

“His purported plans to have showers in every household, solar lighting and greenhouses went up in smoke. The tractors he bought are grounded for lack of fuel and technical maintenance, the Dubai jobs he promised our youth remain a pipe dream, Machawood programme meant to employ 5,000 people is long dead, the ndengu market to Dubai is also not viable,” Wavinya is quoted by SDE.

Wavinya said that Mutua should expect to go home during the August 8 polls.

The former Kathiani MP further noted that she carry on Mutua’s projects once in office.

“No. Those are public resources, so we will protect and make them better,” she said.
