Speaking to journalists in Machakos Town on Saturday, Musyoka said that Wavinya Ndeti will not ascend to any leadership as long as she is in Wiper Party.

The MP said that Ndeti, whose petition challenging governor Alfred Mutua's re-election in last year's polls was dismissed risks remaining in the political cold if he does not ditch Wiper.

Musyoka said that Wiper Party has lost significance, adding that it no longer sales in Ukambani and across the country.

"Wavinya Ndeti should recollect herself and ditch Wiper if she still wants to remain relevant politically," he said.

The Mwala MP asked Ndeti to join Maendeleo Chap Chap Party, saying it is the only outfit that has the interests of the country at heart.

Wavinya  Ndeti's petition challenging governor Mutua's re-election was trashed on Friday by Machakos High court Judge Aggrey Muchelule.

The court dismissed the petition, saying it lacked merit.

Judge Muchelule in his ruling said that Ndeti failed to provide evidence to support her allegations against governor Mutua.

The court ordered  Ndeti to pay Sh10 million as the cost for the suit even as the former lawmaker said that she will appeal the court ruling.

Governor Mutua while welcoming the ruling urged Ndeti to work with him.
