Chama Cha Uzalendo (CCU) party leader Wavinya Ndeti faulted a section of political leaders allied to Wiper party, who tend to disagree with their leader, Kalonzo Musyoka.
She said such leaders were not courageous enough to convince citizens to vote for them, if it were not for Kalonzo.
“Some people within Wiper are nothing without Kalonzo, they are not bold enough to ask votes on their own. They just hang on him to get seats,” Wavinya said.
The Machakos County 2017 gubernatorial hopeful asked politicians to emulate her boldness and stop waiting to be spoon fed by their party leaders.
“Politicians should be bold like me, seek for votes without the help of party leaders,” she added, during a Television interview.
Wavinya however refused to reveal names of the politicians who she alleged they depended on Kalonzo for political survival.
The former Kathiani Member of Parliament also revealed that she decamped Wiper party because of rebellion within the party.
