Most people are tempted to put aside their healthy habits during this festive season. Taking lemonade or cup of ginger on waking up and three litres of water per day are put on hold. 

Don’t fall into this trap. You need to find ways to keep your routine going. Recovering from an altered routine will be difficult to compensate.​Here are ways to help you keep healthy.

Stay hydrated. Drink atleast three liters of water a day. Fruits can provide water avenue s that will help you keep fit. watermelons, oranges strawberries, cantaloupes, pineapples and grapefruits, just to name a few are good examples of such fruits. our bodies sometimes confuse thirst for hunger. Drinking plenty of water will keep your skin healthy.

Eat some food before going to an event. Do not go to an event hungry, eat something. There are so many events this season. Going to these events hungry will lead to over-snacking which is not healthy.

Do some exercises. You can decide to run in the morning whenever you wake up. This exercises will help you keep fit.Practice moderation. Ensure you eat healthy most of the time. One or two guilt-free treats are unavoidable. You can put a 80:20 ratio. 80% healthy food while some 20% guilt free treats.
