After a long wait it is now clear that NASA coalition will challenge the re-election of Uhuru Kenyatta in the highest court in the land.

NASA leader Raila Odinga revealed that the coalition has massive evidence regarding the integrity of the just concluded polls and would thus push their agenda and evidence to the Supreme Court.

"We’ve now decided to move to Supreme Court and lay before the world the making of a computer-generated leadership," said Raila.

This will not be the first time Odinga has sought the verdict of the courts, he did so in 2013 but lost the petition in a five judge-bench led by former Chief Justice Willy Mutunga.

However, Odinga took some few words in his address to warn the courts of any impartiality during the ruling.

The decision alsoo comes in after Odinga received massive pressure from the international community to concede or follow the right constitutional channels if he feels aggrieved.

NASA had earlier stated they will not go the Supreme Court way but take their case to the court of public opinion.
