National Super Alliance (Nasa) presidential candidate Raila Odinga has dismissed remarks by Jubilee leaders that they are not ready for October 17 presidential elections.

Raila said the opposition camp was ready for the fresh vote as scheduled by the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC).

The former prime minister however, insisted that IEBC team must be cleaned first.

Raila claimed that Jubilee Party, led by President Uhuru Kenyatta, stole the August 8 elections hence the nuliffication of results by the Supreme Court.

“Mr Chiloba (Ezra) and his team are culpable of election flaws and they must face trial. There is no way we will allow him manage another election. Therefore, Uhuru Kenyatta should stop saying that we are not ready for the poll because we will win with an even bigger margin,” Raila said in Kajiado on Sunday.

The opposition leader said they will do everything possible to protect votes on the election day.

“This time around we were vigilant,” he said.
