This is after NASA presidential flag bearer Hon. Raila Odinga yesterday pulled out of the October 26, fresh elections after the Supreme Court nullified the August 8 elections calling for a fresh elections which were scheduled for October 26.
He added that Jubilee is ready to take part in the fresh election whether Raila Odinga takes part in it or not.
“We are ready to take part in the fresh election on the 26th of October whether Raila Odinga takes part in it or not,” Said Duale.
He further said it is Raila's constitutional right to withdraw from the fresh elections and at the same time it is the people’s right to elect their president on October 26.
“It is Raila’s right to withdraw from the fresh elections. It is also the people’s right to elect their president on October 26,” stated the law maker.
President uhuru Kenyatta on the other hand lashed out at Raila for wasting tax payers money calling for a fresh elections which he does not want.
“What is the justice in the act of withdrawing from an election after causing Kenyans to use Kenya shillings 12 billion?” stated Uhuru Kenyatta.
