Jubilee Mombasa gubernatorial aspirant Suleiman Shahbal has asked Governor Hassan Joho to stop engaging in “politics of dancing and insulting national leaders”.Shahbal said the Jubilee rally which will be held on Sunday in Mvita will be the beginning of the change they need.Speaking on Friday when he inspected the Mvita grounds, Shahbal said the rally that will be attended by top Jubilee leaders will be the mother of all rallies.“It will be the beginning of the change we have been waiting for in Mombasa. We are staring the last liberation of Mombasa and getting rid of this nonsense,” said Shahbal, as quoted by The Star.Jubilee is expected to hold its rally at the Mvita Grounds on Sunday, while ODM is set to hold a parallel rally at the Tononoka grounds.Speaking on Thursday during the inspection of the Tononoka grounds, Governor Hassan Joho, said Jubilee is welcome to conduct its rally in Mombasa, adding that the government should also allow him to hold his peacefully.“We are comfortable with them holding their rally. Infact we encourage them to hold the rally. We want to show them how democratic Mombasa is,” Joho said.
