According to Odinga, the conditions are only meant to ensure the process is free, fair and credible enough.

Speaking on Saturday in Buema village in Bungoma during the burial of Austin Wamunyinyi, father of Kanduyi MP Wafula Wamunyinyi, Odinga and his troops insisted they don’t want a repeat of the August election, which they say was massively tampered with.

“We do not want a computer generated president the way Jubilee has MPs whose victory is questionable,” said Raila.

Odinga further insisted that NASA won the August election, and will do so in the next polls set for October 17.

Odinga said contrary to Jubilee’s claims that NASA wanted a coalition government; they are determined to take power and send President Kenyatta and his Deputy William Ruto to political oblivion.

The demands and other challenges facing the electoral body have raised questions whether the country will be ready for the election before the November 1 deadline, failure to which, the country will be thrown into a constitutional crisis.
