The National Super Alliance (Nasa) has slammed their Jubilee Party opponents, following claims that the alliance is not ready for the August 8 general elections.
According to Jubilee, Nasa has been moving to Court to block the electoral body, IEBC, from conducting election, after sensing defeat, hence not ready.
Led by co-principal Moses Wetangula, the Raila Odinga-led opposition alliance dismissed the claims, saying President Uhuru Kenyatta and his deputy William Ruto have been telling Kenyans lies, about Nasa.
Nasa said, they have always been ready, and that the issues they have been raising about the elections, are of national concern, and should be addressed before polls day, for a free and fair election.
"You've heard our competitors, repeatedly alleging from roof tops, that we are not ready for elections. We want to assure Kenyans that we have never been this ready for elections. We are ready, we are waiting for the d-day. But being ready, also means we must be cautious," said Wetangula.
