Kisii County Secondary School Heads Association (KESSHA) Chairman Jairus Onchoke has urged Kenya National Examination Council (KNEC) and the ministry of education to make sure KCSE examination is marked transparently.
According to Onchoke, all Kisii county secondary school principals performed their duties at their level during the examination and called on KNEC and the ministry of education to make sure the marking of the exam is done transparently.
Speaking on Thursday in Kisii town Onchoke said the marking of KCSE exam should have the basic requirement since everything was done transparently at the grass root.
“We don’t want the marking of KCSE to have some problems, we urge KNEC to mark the examination transparently so that students to attain what belongs to them,” said Onchoke.
Mr Ochoke said they support the measures put in place by CS Fred Matiang’i and they will make sure they are successful in streamlining the education sector.
