Chemelil Sugar has said it will target younger players during the December transfer window ahead of the 2018 KPL season.
The team's head coach Abdallah Juma has said he will hit the ground running once the December-January transfer window opens in preparation for a better season ahead.
The millers are said to be going through tough financial times and are set to lose some of their young players.
Some clubs have already shown interest for their players and Juma says he has spotted other players to replace them.
"We will sign players to boost our team ahead of 2018 season. We have identified players we will sign mostly from schools. We have players from Kakamega High School and some from Chemase Secondary school. These are players we scouted well and I believe they will do well here," he said.
