Labour Party of Kenya (LPK) leader Ababu Namwamba has vowed to maul ODM to scoop all elective positions in Busia County during the August 8 general elections.
Speaking at a rally in Funyula, Namwamba said that LPK has a formidable team of politicians to compete victoriously.
He said that the frustrations he met while serving as ODM secretary general are now history in the past and that he is currently focused on progressing his party.
"We have already made a decision and we are not turning back. ODM should forget winning key seats in Budalang'i, Funyula and Busia as a county," he said
"For the last 10 years the people of Budalang'i have strongly been in ODM but some few individuals, who were not happy with our presence, frustrated us. This time round we are ready and we want to teach ODM a lesson by capturing all the seats we gave them," he said.
Namwamba's LPK will commence their primaries today Tuesday.
