Nzoia Sugar head coach Bernard Mwalala has decried lack of luck in their barren draw against Western Stima.

The Kenyan Premier League match was played at their Sudi backyard in Bungoma Saturday 30 September.

Despite dominating the match and creating numerous chances, the hosts did not convert, leading to the final break on a stalemate.

"We did everything to win but the ball just couldn't cross the line. The first half was more of a balanced affair but we created more chances than them which we failed to utilise," he said.

"The second half was a one-sided affair, we attacked all through but luck wasn't on our side. However we have to be contented with a point because sometimes you get punished for wastefulness and end up losing," he added.

Nzoia will next face SoNy Sugar after the international break.
