NASA coalition has insisted that the current playing field in the run up to the October 26 polls is not level.
The leaders, who spoke in Mombasa on Sunday, said they are ready to go for the election, but only when their demands are met.
“IEBC is not ready to hold the October 26 polls. And I want to tell my brothers and those calling for the election to be held, these (Jubilee) people want Raila to be there to sanitize the process,” said Musalia Mudavadi.
The coalition wants IEBC to cancel the deals by Al-Ghurair printing firm and the OT-Morpho IT firm, which were in charge of printing ballot papers and handling the technological aspects.
The team also wants officers posted by an open balloting process, and electronic result transmission to rely on scanned images and not text messages.
“If Uhuru and IEBC insist that they will carry on with the election, let them go ahead with their election, and we will also do our own election,” said Siaya Senator James Orengo.
The leaders further asked their supporters not to be swayed by a ban on their daily demonstrations, saying they want change and that is the only way they can be heard.
They also dismissed recent movements by their leaders to the Jubilee Party, saying those were after their selfish interests.
