Citing an incident where he alongside Mvita MP Abdulswamad Nassir stormed Urban police station to demand for the release of an alleged drug dealer, Marwa said he should not repeat such again.

He warned that as a leader, Joho should lead by example and stop taking the law in his hands, but allow the police to do their job.

"Who does he think he is? How can he storm a police station and demand that a suspect be released? Let him try again. We will deal with him perpendicularly,'' said Marwa, over the weekend.

The Coast police boss asked his officers to be more vigilant and deal with drug barons, saying they have the authority to arrest and detain suspects.

"My officers are everywhere in this region. They are ready to serve the people. Anyone who breaks the law will hear from us,'' he warned.
