Bahati MP Onesmus Kimani Ngunjiri has said he will not hesitate to deal with Chief Justice David Maraga after the repeat of presidential polls.
A furious Ngunjiri speaking on Wednesday, however, did not indicate how he will deal with CJ Maraga.
The lawmaker hinted at a constitution referendum to change the way judicial officers are appointed.
"We are a peaceful country but we shall not allow this country to be driven into ditch by judiciary that is taking orders from the opposition," said the MP.
He criticised CJ Maraga's leadership style on the judiciary.
"Maraga doesn't fit the position of Chief Justice and this is why the judiciary is mismanaged. We should not allow such people to lead such big bodies in our country," he said.
