Addressing residents during the 3rd devolution conference the Governor said that through the reports from sub-county dialogues his government has put measures to improve all sectors as per the request of residents.

“We have all issues that were raised by residents during sub-county dialogues so we have some measures which will help us to implement them all so that we can develop our county,” said Ongwae.

Governor Ongwae said that the county has measures on water programs to put water in all households across the county.

The governor said that as one way of improving the sector they have cleared water bill and Kenya power bills in Kegati so that residents can still continue having water.

“As the county Administration, we have cleared all water bill and Kenya power bills as one way of helping our people," added Ongwae.

In roads, he said that the county has also set up to construct many roads so that residents can get easy access.

“As by the reports we have measures are in place to construct more roads in our ward but I would like our people to know that we have two types of roads national and county government," said Ongwae.

"But as the county we will construct county roads for the benefit of our residents,” added Governor Ongwae.
