Speaking on NTV Wednesday, the ODM chairman maintained that the team will relentlessly push for a credible exercise at a time when the alliance's presidential flag bearer Raila Odinga has raised concerns alleging that the government is putting into place rigging techniques to ensure that the President Uhuru Kenyatta-led Jubilee government remains in power.

''We will not allow anyone to interfere with the election on whichever basis,'' said the Orange party national chairman who also said that the opposition will relent on accepting defeat should it detect any foul play.

''We will not accept defeat if it is through fraudulent ways,'' he said.

Raila has alleged that the company which has landed the ballot paper printing deal has links with the President and his close allies something that could manipulate the election and is now calling for the revocation of the 2.5Billion shilling tender awarded to the Dubai-based Al-Ghurair Printing company.

The opposition has also alleged that the state is planning to use military officers to manipulate the election process.
