Cord leader Raila Odinga has said that the opposition Cord will not relent with pushing for justice until the Jubilee government stops impunity.
Speaking in Homa Bay during the Luo Cultural Festivals, Raila said that Jubilee's move to use its dominance in Parliament in changing electoral laws was frightening since the Legislature was an independent arm of the government.
According to Raila, Jubilee's action was equal to declaring a state of emergency.
"We will not surrender and will continue to fight for the rights of the people of Kenya," he said.
He said that Kenyans deserve from the government a free, fair and transparent voting process.
Raila further praised opposition MPs for giving a good account of themselves last Tuesday during the chaotic botched session.
