Kisii county residents have vowed to teach Kisii county Senator Chris Obure and his team a lesson come 2017 after showing an interest of betraying Omogusii community.
This comes after Senator Chris Obure and his team met President Uhuru Kenyatta at the State House on Thursday.
Speaking to journalist in Kisii town on Thursday evening, Kisii county residents led by Felix Ondara vowed not to vote for some ODM leaders if they shift to jubilee without consulting them.
“We have seen how some Kisii leaders need to benefit themselves leaving behind the county residents but we are here to tell them we will teach them a lesson come 2017 if they ditch ODM without our consultation as voters,” said Ondara.
Some of the kisii county ODM leaders who met President Kenyatta on Thursday at State House are: Senator Chris Obure, Kisii county deputy governor Joash Maangi, Kitutu Chache South MP Richard Onyonka, Kisii county Women Rep Mary Otara among others.
