Mbita member of Parliament Millie Odhiambo has said the Opposition will make use of their intelligence while the ruling Jubilee government uses its numbers in the National Assembly.
Speaking at Parliament buildings on Tuesday, Ms Odhiambo applauded the ruling by High Court Judge Daniel Ogembo to reinstate Ugunja MP Opiyo Wandaayi in Parliament three months after his suspension.
"We want the Jubilee government to know that as they swing in the tyranny of numbers, we will swing in the tyranny of intelligence. They cannot make retrogressive laws and expect us to follow," said the Mbita MP.
She said the Opposition is at liberty to question the style of leadership by the ruling regime and their members should not be treated with hostility.
Wandayi was expelled for six months from accessing Parliament by Speaker Justin Muturi but challenged the ruling at the court which ended up reinstating him.
He was ejected form the august House in March for blowing a whistle during President Kenyatta's State of the Nation address.
Wandayi has vowed to continue using the whistle to express his displeasure.
