"In Tuesday's ruling we are expecting nothing less than no case to answer in favour of Ruto and Sang, since they are innocent and witnesses used are unpredictable and were coached," he said.

Speaking in AIC Pioneer Church in Eldoret on Sunday, Murkomen said if the ICC rules against the two, Kenya will withdraw from the Rome Statute.

"I am giving a warning to ICC, if they want Kenya to remain at ICC they should terminate cases facing Kenyans or else we will withdraw from the Rome Statute," he said.

He urged Kenyans to pray for the accused for their cases to be terminated.

Ruto and Sang are facing charges of crimes against humanity at The Hague based court.

The charges are; murder, deportation or forcible transfer of population and persecution - in relation to the 2007/2008 post-election violence.
