Bandari FC has promised to come back a more rejuvenated side in the 2018 season after an underwhelming campaign in the just ended 2017 Kenya Premier League (KPL) season.The Club's technical director Twahir Muhidin said on Monday that the Dockers had realised their shortcomings in the previous campaign and was working on how to improve on them in order to mount a serious title challenge."It's official our trials were a success, our season was not great but as Dockers, we always come back stronger,” said the former Harambee Stars tactician.His sentiments were echoed by the club's assistant chairman Musa Hassan who said the club had made several changes to boost their ratings in the Kenyan top tier league."It has been a long gruesome season but we have made changes and we are promising to come back rejuvenated and ready to chase for the championship,” said Hassan.Among the notable changes the Coast-based side has made includes firing Ugandan tactician Paul Nkatah who has since been replaced by his assistant Ken Odhiambo.The duo was speaking during a farewell luncheon held in a Mombasa hotel as the players took a break for the December holidays.Bandari finished the league tenth with 43 points after playing 34 matches.
