Narc Party leader Charity Ngilu has asked the National Super Alliance (NASA) to endorse Wiper leader Kalonzo Musyoka as the Alliance  presidential flag bearer if it is serious in sending Jubilee government home in August.

Ngilu says that Ukambani is ready to deliver 2 Million votes to NASA if Kalonzo is endorsed as presidential flag bearer.

The star reports that Ngilu alongside Chama Cha Uzalendo  (CCU) Party leader Wavinya Ndeti have vowed to campaign for NASA in the Eastern region if Kalonzo is endorsed to fly the Alliance presidential ticket.

According to Ngilu, Kalonzo is the best bet to send President Uhuru Kenyatta’s Jubilee government packing.

“NASA should consider Kalonzo as its flag bearer because there is good leadership in him,” he said as quoted by the Star.

Ngilu states that Ukambani  will not be swayed to vote elsewhere if Kalonzo is not on the presidential ballot.

There have been claims that Ngilu has reconciled with Kalonzo and is ready to support NASA.

According to sources, Ngilu alongside Wavinya Ndeti and People’s Trust Party (PTP) leader Mutua Katuku will soon pen a pre-election deal with NASA.

Sources intimate that Kalonzo held a meeting with Ngilu, Ndeti, Katuku and Makueni governor Kivutha Kibwana last week where they agreed to work together for the regions unity and development.

Political analysts say that it will be a boost for Kalonzo and NASA politically if Ngilu supports their agenda.

Meanwhile, fresh claims are emerging that Jubilee Party is once again wooing Ngilu to its side.

Sources allege that Jubilee Party is making frantic calls to have Ngilu on its side ahead of the August polls.

Ngilu was suspended by President Uhuru Kenyatta as Lands CS in 2015 over corruption allegations.

Last week former Kibwezi MP Kalembe Ndile claimed that Jubilee Party supports Ngilu’s bid to unseat Governor Julius Malombe in the August 8 polls.
