Suna East MP Junet Mohammed says Cord will use any means possible to send the IEBC team home.
Speaking on Citizen TV breakfast show, the legislator said regardless of what the constitution provides, they will pursue all means to see the commission disbanded.
"We must remove IEBC from office by all means regardless of what's in the constitution," he said.
The legislator added that no amount of intimidation will convince them to relent in their quest to have a trustworthy electoral body.
Cord coalition called for demonstrations to the electoral body offices every Monday in their continued call to have the commission disbanded before the 2017 polls. Cord says that Kenyans have lost confidence with the electoral body lacking the capacity to hold free and fair elections in the future.
Police dispersed Cord demonstrators who stormed IEBC offices two weeks ago including Cord leader principals Raila Odinga, Kalonzo Musyoka and Moses Wetangula.
