According to Wetangula, Raila and President Uhuru Kenyatta do not have the will of the people of Kenya at their hearts.

Speaking at the Athi River's African Inland Church (AIC) on Sunday, the NASA co-principal said the two have not agreed on the clear way to fight corruption despite having united through the famous handshake.

"After the handshake our brother is not talking about electoral justice. The saying goes when a noisy dog keeps quiet, you know it is chewing a huge bone. It is bad manners to talk while eating," Wetangula said, sparking an uproar among the congregation.

Wetangula added that as NASA co-principals, they will forge ahead despite the Raila's move.

"Our General has jumped the wall. He was not felled but he dropped his gun but we are soldiers and we will fight on," Mr Wetang'ula said.

On his part, Kalonzo asked Raila to declare his political stand ahead of 2022polls.

"We must sit down and ask our brother Raila whether he has moved on or whether he is still with us," Kalonzo said.

The rift between Wetangula and Raila widened following his ouster as Senate's Minority Leader.
