Ford Kenya leader Moses Wetang’ula left the electorate in stitches as he narrated how teargas canister hit his private parts during a rally. The senator launched a scathing attack on Kakamega Governor Wycliffe Oparanya, saying that he almost made him impotent.
The NASA principal said that county boss order left him with injuries after one of tear canisters hit his private parts.
“The tear gas caused a stubborn cough that lasted at least two months after the horrifying incident. They had ill intentions by targeting my private parts,” he said during a rally at Khwisero grounds.
The Senator, also Bungoma Senator, said that the police deployed by the governor treated him badly, but the supporters came to his rescue during the rally.
“Oparanya deployed his askaris to barricade the gardens, but our supporters led by Senator Khalwale managed to overpower them to allow us to make a grand entry into the gardens for the function,” he said.
The chaos at the meeting forced security personnel to whisk away different leaders who were present including Wiper leader Kalonzo Musyoka, Nairobi Governor Evans Kidero among others.
Meanwhile, the senator has insisted that his party will continue campaigning for Senator Boni Khalwale until he unseats the county boss in August. He asked Cord leader to stay away from affairs of the part.
