Ford Kenya party leader Moses has said that all National Super Alliance (NASA) principals are aware that they will lose terribly if they opt to go solo ahead of the August election.
Speaking alongside Wiper Party leader Stephen Kalonzo Musyoka rally in Kitengela, Kajiado County, Wetangula said that they only way NASA will rise to power is remaining united.
Wetangula said that Kalonzo cannot rise to power if he goes solo. “Kalonzo knows that if he goes it alone, he will lose. So is Raila. Mudavadi too knows. I am also aware of that,” said Ford-Kenya leader Moses Wetang’ula.
On his part, Kalonzo dispelled rumors that he is planning to go solo in the forthcoming general elections, adding that he belongs to NASA.
The Ukambani political kingpin also took a swipe at leaders who have been claiming that he wants to walk away from Wetangula, Cord Leader Raila Amolo Odinga and Amani National Congress (ANC) leader Musalia Mudavadi before August, terming them propagandists.
“I want to respond to those naysayers. They are the ones probably will leave NASA, not me. Let them stop,” said Kalonzo, as quoted by Citizen.
The former vice President further said that President Uhuru Kenyatta and his Deputy William Ruto among other Jubilee leaders are praying that NASA breakups in order for them to retain power.“
Jubilee is waiting for ODM to quarrel with FORD-Kenya and ODM with Wiper in order to win seats,” he added.
