Ford Kenya party leader and Senate Minority leader, Moses Wetangula has finally supported the unity pact between NASA coalition principal Raila Odinga and President Uhuru Kenyatta.
The NASA coalition co-principal had earlier demanded to know why Odinga met Uhuru without consulting him and their two NASA colleagues, Musalia Mudavadi and Kalonzo Musyoka.
"The Bible says blessed are the peace makers and whatever has gone behind us we always say. You can't drive with your eyes fixed in the rear view mirror, we have to look forward, bring peace, healing and unity in our country, learn to forgive each other and unite our people," he said on Wednesday.
The Bungoma senator was speaking during a requiem mass of the late Prof Tumbo.
The sentiments came after the four met in Athi River and agreed to engage their parties over the meeting before reverting back for a NASA coalition principals' summit meeting.
